HiRoad is a Providence, RI-based separate company in the State Farm family of companies. They are fully licensed, A-rated, and “here to stay.” Also, they are working with local nonprofits to build a better tomorrow, on the road and around your town, and clearly they are a happy bunch:

 

Here’s their value proposition: (1) install an app, (2) drive, (3) drive well, and (4) save. Cool thing to note: every month, a driver gets a fresh start, which means he-slash-she can control their bill.

 

Bottom Line: auto insurance, currently available in Rhode Island, where the insurer doesn’t currently have agents.
