Sompo Japan selects CyberCube for cyber risk analytics

Sompo Japan  has selected CyberCube’s underwriting and portfolio analytics tools to support the growth of its cyber insurance business in Japan.

The insurer will use Account Manager, CyberCube’s individual-risk underwriting tool, alongside its Portfolio Manager suite, including Single Points of Failure intelligence and the Attritional Loss Model.

The tools will help Sompo Japan assess individual accounts, monitor exposures shared across its portfolio and estimate losses from more frequent cyber incidents.

The agreement expands CyberCube’s Asian client base, following recent partnerships in the Philippines, Singapore and India.
