Senior Market Sales acquires MIC Insurance Services

Senior Market Sales , an insurance marketing organization that is part of Alliant Insurance Services, has acquired MIC Insurance Services, a New Jersey-based Medicare-focused agency. The two companies have partnered since 2012, with MIC leveraging SMS’s technology, back-office support, and product portfolio.

Founded in 1980, MIC is a family-run business known for client referrals and service, never relying on lead buying. SMS has acquired nearly 20 companies since joining Alliant in 2020, and sees MIC’s growth and client-first approach as aligned with its strategy.

The acquisition strengthens SMS’s national health and wealth distribution network while positioning MIC for continued expansion with the support of a larger platform.
