Securian Canada sells Valeyo to Perseus Group Software

Perseus Group Software Corp., part of Constellation Software, has acquired Valeyo and its loan origination software (LOS) business.

In February 2023, Valeyo merged with Canadian Premier Life and Sun Life’s Sponsored Markets to form Securian Canada. Perseus will keep the Valeyo brand, focusing on the credit union industry’s lending needs. Meanwhile, Securian Canada will retain Valeyo’s insurance operations.
