Reassured partners with Adviser.ai

UK life insurance broker Reassured has partnered with customer engagement platform Adviser.ai  to automate and personalize marketing, service inquiries, policy outreach, cross-selling and customer retention.

Reassured began testing the platform in September 2025 across retention, benefit reminders and post-sale checks. During the trial, 13% of customers disclosed a vulnerability and requested additional support, while 17.58% contacted the broker about policy documents. Another 5.28% updated or confirmed application details, and 19.14% expressed interest in placing their policy in trust.

Adviser.ai communicates with customers through email and SMS, with the goal of reducing administrative work for agents and identifying customers who need follow-up or additional support.
