Reassured develops AI tool to flag medical disclosure gaps

UK life insurance broker Reassured has developed SAINT.AI, a tool that compares sales call transcripts with insurer application records to flag possible gaps or inconsistencies in customers’ medical disclosures.

The tool was developed with FOIL AI, with support from Microsoft, and is set to be implemented across Reassured’s operations. Reassured says it is intended to help staff catch potential inaccuracies during the application process, before they become an issue at claim time.

SAINT.AI flags cases for human review; it does not make underwriting decisions.
