Pomi launches enhanced website
Great American Insurance Group’s Accident & Health (A&H) Division, known as pomi , launched a new version of its website. Pomi (an acronym for Peace of Mind Insurance) launched last September and has been focused on building a modern brand and creating a seamless experience to better serve its customers.
Enhancements include resources such as blog articles and real claim examples that help explain the importance of accident and health insurance, training videos, downloadable marketing materials, and a page dedicated to frequently asked questions.

We want to be a one-stop shop where brokers can get answers to their questions fast, find relevant and educational content to share with their clients, and take care of their business in a convenient way. Getpomi.com was built for the broker. The design was strategic; we wanted a clean and modern look that was both visually appealing and easy to navigate. Other self-service features include appointment forms, claims forms and online custom quote forms for businesses such as colleges, universities, youth sports organizations, and health clubs.
The website complements the pomi portal, Great American’s first all-digital portal where brokers can quote and bind most blanket special risk policies in just a few minutes. The innovative “click and bind” method provides brokers with 24/7/365 access and allows for fast service and turnaround. Policies for childcare, nonprofits, camps, after-school activities and K-12 schools can all be bound in the portal in just a few minutes.
