Pendella Filed Form D With the SEC

Pendella  has filed its form D with the SEC in connection to an equity round totaling $900k.

Established in 2018 and led by Bob Gaydos, a corporate advisor at Limelight Health , the virtual insurance agency offers benefits and HR services to business owners. It currently offers plans in the following areas: (1) Health & Wellness – a program that provides access to services, as well as financial protection from catastrophic illnesses or accidents, (2) Financial Protection – income protection via short-term and long-term disability insurance, and/or life insurance with group and individual term and permanent insurance, and/or business overhead insurance to insure payroll and operating expenses, and (3) Care Accounts  – Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
