PayPal introduces physical card for PayPal Credit

PayPal is launching a physical PayPal Credit card issued by Synchrony Financial , enabling customers to use PayPal Credit in-store and anywhere Mastercard is accepted. This extends the reach of PayPal Credit beyond online checkout to physical retail and tap-to-pay wallets.

The card will offer a limited-time promotional financing option for travel purchases—spreading payments over six months with no minimum spend.

Customers will also retain access to PayPal Credit’s standard six-month financing for purchases over $149.

The rollout starts in the US in the coming weeks. Existing eligible PayPal Credit users will be notified of the upgrade.
