Oliver Wyman names AI and strategy leaders
Marsh’s Oliver Wyman announced three senior leadership appointments tied to its push toward AI-enabled consulting and operations.
Jeremy Badman, the firm’s longtime COO, was named chief AI and data officer, a newly created role focused on integrating AI into delivery models and combining human expertise with agentic AI capabilities.
Paula McGlarry was appointed global COO and chief of staff. McGlarry, previously general counsel, will oversee operational transformation efforts, including embedding AI and technology into core processes.
Oliver Wyman also named Mariya Rosberg head of strategy and growth, another newly created role focused on growth priorities and the firm’s transition toward an AI-enabled operating model. Rosberg previously led the Banking & Financial Services Practice in the Americas.
