NGL hires Cara Capretta

National Guardian Life Insurance Company  has appointed Cara Capretta as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. With over 30 years of experience in human resources, Capretta will lead NGL’s human resources, corporate communications, and facilities teams, focusing on enhancing the company’s culture and streamlining processes for team development and growth.

Capretta’s background includes leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance, Korn Ferry, Oracle, and OhioHealth, where she drove talent acquisition and diversity initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Franklin University.
