New York Life GBS partners with Pasito

New York Life Group Benefit Solutions has partnered with Pasito to offer AI-powered decision support for employee benefits. The integration gives employees personalized guidance and centralized access to medical, dental, life, and voluntary benefits through a mobile-first platform, while HR teams benefit from automated setup and HRIS integration with over 200 systems.

Founded in 2021, Pasito is a New York-based startup offering AI-powered benefits guidance software for employees. The company has raised $3.35 million across two funding rounds, including backing from Y Combinator and Google. According to LinkedIn data, Pasito has grown its team by over 50% in the past year and currently employs around 27 people.
