New York Life joins Dayforce Benefits Edge

New York Life  has joined Dayforce Benefits Edge, a carrier partner program designed to improve connectivity between insurers and the Dayforce benefits administration platform.

The partnership will provide shared customers with prebuilt integrations, streamlined benefit plan setup and a coordinated flow of eligibility and enrollment data. New York Life has also launched an Evidence of Insurability single sign-on connection with automated decision returns, becoming the first carrier to offer the capability through Dayforce’s API framework.

The integration is intended to reduce manual administrative work, improve enrollment and accelerate claims processing through more timely employee data.

New York Life and Dayforce plan to explore additional capabilities related to enrollment, benefits administration and employee engagement.
