New Way of Working and Insuring at Generali Switzerland

Generali Switzerland announced the opening of an Innovation Garage in which employees from Generali will work with startups, universities and other companies on new initiatives  via a “New Way of Working” that leverages working methods such as Agile and Human-Centered Design.

“Innovation means progress, not standing still, being inquisitive about the needs of our customers. The innovation garage is intended to be our home for many creative moments, with a lively exchange of views both internally and externally. I am looking forward to these encounters” – Generali Switzerland CEO, Andreas Krümmel.

One more thing. Last summer Generali Switzerland founded LINGS to offer on demand and flexible insurance for products. Users enjoy zero deductible and flexible duration starting with one day coverage. Also, LINGS says the premium will decrease automatically as the value of one’s equipment becomes cheaper.
