“My Württemberg” Now in the Amazon Store

Württembergische Versicherung, a subsidiary of Wüstenrot & Württembergische (W&W), is now offering an Alexa skill called “My Wurttemberg” to help users find the appropriate call number based on one’s desired task.



At the start of “my Württembergische”, Alexa clarifies with the customer, whether it is accident or legal expenses, motor vehicle, household and homeowner or liability damages. She later names the appropriate service number and saves it as a business card in the app on one’s smartphone.


“We are thus improving our customer service and are among the first in the industry to use this modern technology. This is a starting point for us. We are counting on Amazon to expand the technological capabilities of echo devices and expand our service in the future ” – Board Member at Württembergische, Franz Bergmüller.
