Mendi RIddle to join Ohio Mutual as VP of sales

Ohio Mutual President & CEO Mark C. Russell announced that Mendi Riddle will be joining Ohio Mutual as Vice President of Sales effective May 10, succeeding Howie Barber who is retiring in July.

“This is a key position for Ohio Mutual, and Mendi will be an excellent addition to the senior management team, bringing two decades of broad experience in both sales leadership and product management. During our selection process, it was clear that Mendi is a great cultural fit for our organization who will contribute valuable diversity of thought and experience to our team.” – Russell.

Riddle has served in a number of senior sales and product roles at Nationwide Insurance over the past 15 years – including terms as VP of Field Sales and VP of Non-Standard Sales and Marketing. Previously, she gathered a decade of experience working with independent agents in operations, product, and project management at National General Insurance.

She earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, carries the CLCS professional designation, and has served as an advisory board member for several industry vendors, including Transunion and ISO/Verisk.
