MATRIX partners with Novidea to drive digital transformation with cloud-based broker platform
MATRIX Greece, a Howden Group company and the largest insurance & reinsurance broker in Greece, has selected leading broker platform provider Novidea as its technology partner, to support its digital transformation, as part of its ongoing investment in technology to support clients, sales, and operations.
MATRIX Greece (MATRIX), the largest insurance & reinsurance broker in Greece, announces that it has selected Novidea with its cloud-based, data-first broker management platform, as its strategic technology partner. Novidea’s platform will provide end-to-end support for Matrix across all business lines, including Property & Casualty, Credit & Surety, Cyber Insurance, Employee Benefits, Marine & Aviation, Specialty Lines, and Financial Lines.
Konstanstinos Ntzounis, Head IT, MATRIX Group, said: “MATRIX has always invested in technology that enables us to provide excellent, added-value service to clients. With this upgrade we reviewed a number of options, however, Novidea’s platform, built on Salesforce, was the only competitive option on the market. It provides a very effective, easily adaptable tool for enhanced client service, sales, and operations.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the absolute need for an agile, lean, and fast platform provider, which the MATRIX IT team has found in Novidea. We have joined forces to work on a difficult transformational task and I wish to express to both teams my warmest thank you for their involvement and commitment.”
Ben Potts, MD Novidea UK, added: “We are proud to have worked with MATRIX’s parent, the leading independent global specialty broker Howden, for many years. I have no doubt that the combined strengths of MATRIX and Howden, supported by our unique, data-first, client-centric technology will lead to great things through reduced costs, enhanced sales and improved operational efficiency.”
Novidea’s innovative broker management platform will enable MATRIX to fully manage clients’ insurance lifecycle, replace its legacy systems, improve data-driven business decisions, and enhance clients’ experience. The platform leverages the Salesforce Cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive digital transformation through a highly automated core insurance broking platform, powerful data analytics, and digital client engagement tools.
As a cloud-based system, MATRIX will not only benefit from a market-leading platform, but also one that is continuously improved with regular, Big Technology updates delivered automatically and seamlessly by Salesforce and Novidea.
