Marsh expands Nimbus insurance facility
Marsh Risk, a business of Marsh, announced the addition of significant capacity to Nimbus, its large-scale data center construction insurance facility. Nimbus now offers limits up to $2.7 billion (up from €1 billion) – inclusive of delay in start-up and business interruption coverage – for major data center construction projects in the UK, US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Launched in June 2025 and backed by insurers from Lloyd’s and other markets, Nimbus is currently being deployed on numerous projects in the US, UK, and the Netherlands.
