MAIF renews its partnership with the French Triathlon Federation
As the official partner and insurer of the French Triathlon Federation (FFTRI), MAIF is renewing its commitment for two additional years.
Launched in 2019, this collaboration continues with the aim of sustaining and advancing existing initiatives to promote a more eco-responsible, accessible, and environmentally friendly triathlon.
The renewal of the partnership between MAIF and the FFTRI includes several actions and commitments that benefit all triathlon stakeholders in France. Among the main concrete actions of the partnership:
- Support for eco-responsible values: the FFTRI is committed to the Sport Planète movement, federated by MAIF, through various levers such as the promotion of good eco-responsible practices at events, awareness-raising actions during federal events and the dissemination of content on social networks.
- Specific support for three competition dates: MAIF provides specific support to three major federal events: the Mimizan Triathlon, the TriaLong & TriaShort, and the Bayman. For each of these races, the insurer implements concrete actions to promote eco-responsibility, such as optimized waste management and carbon footprint reduction. The goal: to encourage more sustainable and environmentally friendly practices at the very heart of the competitions.
- Financial support and insurance solutions for the FFTRI and its affiliates: MAIF provides crucial financial support to the FFTRI, enabling it to develop its sporting projects and support its events. It also offers affiliated clubs, licensees, and event organizers specific insurance solutions tailored to the needs of the triathlon community.
