LevelBlue to acquire Trustwave

LevelBlue has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trustwave , a global provider of managed detection and response (MDR) services, from the MC2 Security Fund. The deal will integrate Trustwave’s Fusion Platform and SpiderLabs threat intelligence into LevelBlue’s AI-driven managed security platform, creating the largest pure-play MSSP in the industry.

The acquisition builds on LevelBlue’s recently announced agreement to acquire Aon’s cybersecurity consulting units, including Stroz Friedberg and Elysium Digital.

Together, these moves enhance LevelBlue’s end-to-end cybersecurity offering across enterprise and government sectors, including FedRAMP- and StateRAMP-authorized services. Terms were not disclosed.
