Aon launches healthcare Risk Capital vertical

Aon has launched a North America Healthcare vertical within its Risk Capital business, bringing together its healthcare liability reinsurance and commercial risk practices to serve U.S. healthcare providers and their insurers.

Nick Gaudiosi has been appointed to lead the vertical as North America Healthcare Industry Leader, Risk Capital. He joined Aon in 2023 and has served as Senior Managing Director and Healthcare Segment Leader for Reinsurance since 2025.

The team will help clients assess risk and determine how to finance it through insurance, reinsurance, captives and alternative capital.
