Lennar further reduces Hippo stake

Lennar Corporation  has filed Amendment No. 4 to its Schedule 13D for Hippo Holdings, disclosing an 8.6% ownership stake, or 2.17 million shares, held through affiliated entities Len X and LEN FW Investor. The filing reflects additional open-market sales completed in November, including 306k shares sold between $32.98 and $35.14, with weighted-average prices ranging from $33.22 to $34.06.

The update follows Lennar’s earlier move this summer, when it sold $14.5 million of Hippo stock back to the company at $28.17 per share, bringing its position below 10%. Lennar also reported a $28.4 million loss tied to Hippo for the six months ended May 31, 2025.
