Koffie Insurance raises $11 million

Trucking insurance provider Koffie closed an $11 million Series A financing round led by Anthemis Group , with participation from Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, CP Overture, Breakout Capital, Two Lanterns Venture Partners, and a group of strategic angel investors.

Currently available in Tennessee, New Jersey and Illinois, the New York-based MGA has a partnership with Sutton National and Boost to “modernize fleet underwriting.” It has insured over 1,000 trucks to date.
