Jorge Espinel resigns from Lemonade

Jorge Espinel, Lemonade’s chief business development officer, resigned from his position as of March 1, 2023.

Espinel joined Lemonade from Spotify in October 2018 where he ran business development worldwide. His main focus at Lemonade was to grow product offering and reach through strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives.

In connection with his resignation and in exchange for an agreement to a general release of all claims, Lemonade has extended the exercise period following the effective date for his previously vested stock options from 90 days to three years.
