We’re looking for talented brokers with strong interpersonal skills who have a track record of success selling insurance. Successful candidates have a book of business that reflects their time spent in the industry, and think strategically about how to win business.
Successful candidates are those producers who believe that the traditional insurance agencies need to evolve and want to be a part of that evolution. You want to join a growing company and are open to the idea of moving into leadership roles by coaching and mentoring our team of talented junior brokers.
– You are comfortable using emails and websites
– You are open to new marketing and prospecting techniques that will be more impactful than traditional strategies
– You want to participate in the ownership of a brokerage by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement with Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams.
For Producers not based in San Francisco, you are able to work productively from a home office, and you are comfortable communicating with support services via phone and email.
