Hiscox completed the sale of its Hong Kong division of DirectAsia to Well Link Group Holdings having received regulatory approval from the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) in Hong Kong. Bottom Line: with some 29,000 customers it can’t be that big of a loss.
