The Barcelona-based P2P startup, and a team of 2, has launched to offer “transparent, fast and fair” renters and home insurance. Renters insurance starts at €5 a month while home insurance at €8 a month. According to the company’s webpage, the startup promises to be quick, transparent (charging a fixed 30% fee), and fair (incorporating a money-back component when there is money that has not been spent on claims). Finally, wataday allows customers to invite friends and create a group to enjoy better pricing.
