Meet Brisk :

The London-based startup established in 2018 and led by James Russell is currently a team of 5 offering an AI-powered assistant for small businesses. The company’s dashboard covers 6 main risk areas: (1) Financial, (2) Operations, (3) People, (4) Security, (5) Compliance, and (6) Reputation. Each risk area is assigned a RAG (red, amber, green) status. Red for high risk, Amber for medium, Green for low and Purple for ‘coming soon.’ Brisk integrates with Xero to allow businesses to pull in their financial information for Brisk to later monitor and raise alerts on financial risks. The platform is collaborative in nature, as users can invite colleagues to view and manage the data. Last, Brisk will let businesses know if they are susceptible to cyber attacks – thanks to its partnership with Cyence , the San Mateo-based cyber risk modeling platform that was acquired by Guidewire in late 2017.
