Intact extends Speed Skating Canada partnership to 2030

Intact Financial Corporation  is extending its long-running partnership with Speed Skating Canada through the 2029–30 season, continuing a relationship that began in 2006.

Under the renewed agreement, Intact Insurance will remain Premier National Team Sponsor and presenting partner of national championships, while continuing to fund grassroots initiatives such as Skate for All and the Club Excellence Award. The latter has distributed nearly $500,000 to local clubs since 2010.

The partnership also includes direct athlete support through the Intact Impact Award and a commitment to continue the “Medals on Tour” program following the 2030 Winter Olympics.
