Insurance Office of America acquires All Risk Insurance Group

Insurance Office of America  has acquired All Risk Insurance Group, a South Florida agency specializing in personal lines and select business insurance.

Founded in 2006, All Risk serves more than 1,000 clients. Producers Lisa Pacillo and Randy Schleger will join IOA as part of the transaction.

The acquisition expands IOA’s presence in South Florida. The privately held brokerage has more than 1,500 employees across over 60 US offices. Financial terms were not disclosed.
