Hyperscience partners with Senderra

Hyperscience partnered with specialty pharmacy Senderra to automate patient and physician onboarding using its Hypercell platform. The collaboration aims to streamline Senderra’s communication workflows, which handle over 86,000 monthly inbound messages across prescriptions, refills, and authorizations.

By integrating Hyperscience’s Intelligent Document Processing technology, Senderra is improving turnaround times, accuracy, and scalability while giving staff more time to focus on patient care. The Hypercell platform supports a human-in-the-loop model to manage exceptions efficiently and lay the groundwork for broader automation across the business.
