Hadron adds Opterrix to risk intelligence stack

Hadron Insurance is teaming up with Opterrix to bring geospatial risk intelligence into its specialty insurance operations. The collaboration embeds Opterrix’s web-based GIS platform and APIs into Hadron’s fronting model, giving MGA partners tools to better manage natural catastrophe exposure across the policy lifecycle.

The deal adds a geospatial layer to Hadron’s Collider platform, supporting pre- and post-loss underwriting and claims actions with real-time data. For Opterrix, the move extends its push into specialty lines, where climate volatility is testing traditional approaches to risk selection and capital protection.
