Cake is a Denver-based brand and a subsidiary of WC insurer Pinnacol Assurance. It was launched to allow business owners to quote and purchase WC coverage online. Also, according to SEC, it has raised ~$10.1M in equity financing (SEC Form D).  Here’s a look at its flow:
