Gallagher acquired Cincinnati Benefit Solutions, LLC. Terms were not disclosed.

The Ohio firm provides employee benefits services to small businesses in the Cincinnati area. Drew Locaputo and his team stay in place, reporting to Brian Lomas, who runs employee benefits consulting and brokerage for Gallagher’s Great Lakes region.
