Funeral Directors Life names Monica Kroier as Market Center Manager

Funeral Directors Life announced Monica Kroier as Market Center Manager (MCM) in Oklahoma and Southern Kansas.

“We’re happy to add Monica to our sales management team and excited to see how she will positively impact our Oklahoma and Kansas funeral home clients,” said Kris Seale, President and CEO of Funeral Directors Life. “I’m confident that the time she has spent growing relationships in this region will help her guide our incredible funeral home partners with wisdom and excellence.”

Monica has more than a decade of experience in the funeral profession. She has served as a funeral director, manager, and managing director for several funeral homes. Before joining FDL, Monica’s responsibilities included preneed and at-need sales, business operations, marketing strategies, and more.

Monica graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in funeral service. She currently serves as an Oklahoma Funeral Directors Association Governor and was a District Chair for two years.

With a passion for helping funeral homes, Monica is excited to build deeper relationships with funeral professionals in her territory.

“I’m eager to learn more about what hurdles these funeral directors face and provide them with resources to help them overcome barriers in their business,” Monica said. “I look forward to supporting other funeral directors so they can more successfully help families honor their loved ones.”
