Foxen partners with Healthy Paws to offer pet insurance to renters

Foxen has partnered with Healthy Paws , a Chubb company, to offer discounted pet insurance through PetClear, Foxen’s pet management platform for multifamily properties.

Eligible renters can access a 5% discount on new Healthy Paws policies after completing the PetClear application process. The discount is unavailable in California, Hawaii, Minnesota, New York, Tennessee, and Washington.

PetClear is an AI-enabled solution that verifies animal information and collects policy affirmations from rental applicants during the leasing process. Healthy Paws covers new accidents and illnesses, including emergency care, cancer treatment, and hereditary and congenital conditions.
