Flock Partners With Hartford To Provide Online Benefits Enrollment

San Fran-based Flock, a provider of HR, benefits, and compliance software, has announced a partnership with Hartford that will provide SMEs and their insurance brokers access to The Hartford’s employee benefits plans and a streamlined online benefits enrollment experience on Flock’s Human Resources and Benefits Administration Platform.

The Flock platform will support Hartford’s products, including: life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance; and voluntary benefits such as critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity. In addition to The Hartford’s benefits, employees will also have access to other insurance providers (e.g. Colonial Life, Beam Dental) on the Flock platform for medical, dental, vision and financial benefits, including health spending accounts.
