1st Romanian Insurer to Offer Online Health Services

VIG-backed Romanian insurer ASIROM has partnered with Docbook, the first appointment-booking platform in Romania. Now, ASIROM’s health insurance policyholders can schedule appointments online using a dedicated site or a mobile app.

Btw, ASIROM is the first insurer in Romania to offer its clients online health services. The Docbook partnership follows the launch of myASIROM, a self-service site dedicated to ASIROM’s customers to allow them to have access to their policy data, pay their premiums, and check the status of their claim, and the insurer’s adoption of UiPath’s RPA (Robotics Process Automation) software – also in health – to handle laborious tasks.
