Berlin-based fintech company builder FinLeap has raised €21 million in new funding. Hannover Re is one backer. Online-insurance broker Clark is one client. The company offers fintech startups (1) seed investment in the range of €500,000 to €5 million, (2) integrated technology platform, and (3) operational talent.
