Fileboard is now 20 Miles
After nearly 8 years of creating software for salespeople across various industries, Fileboard is pivoting to become 20 Miles to make a fresh start and refine the company’s focus going forward. With the release of the latest version of its platform alongside its new flagship sales cadence solution Workflow, the company will help insurance producers with attaining success in outbound prospecting and proactively managing client relationships. Good news for insurance brokerages and agencies as 20 Miles has made its mission to help with increasing agency revenue.
The pivot to 20 Miles is inspired by the South Pole expedition of Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen. In a race with the British expedition to reach the South Pole first, Amundsen resolved to travel 20 miles every day in the Antarctic tundra, ultimately reaching the pole first. The story of Amundsen’s tenacity had a large influence on the CEO’s personal life and the way he thinks about sales.
“This kind of persistence and consistency is exactly the kind of attitude we want to promote with our platform and reflects the values of our company. The new platform is designed to help salespeople prospect for new business and keep on top of their leads whether their sales cycle lasts 6 weeks or 6 months.” – Khuram Hussain, CEO of 20 Miles.
20 Miles’ feature set puts it in a unique category amongst insurance software. Unlike popular insurance platforms like Applied Epic and Vertafore AMS360, 20 Miles has a specific focus on outbound lead generation, generating daily sales tasks to keep producers on top of their prospects. In addition to a unique engagement follow-up system, their platform provides deeper insights into how prospects are engaging with sales collateral and allows producers to position themselves as trusted advisors in a commoditized industry. With its new angle on prospecting and a suite of powerful sales tools, 20 Miles is aiming to become the number 1 insurance software solution for producers.
