Fewer Hellos with Hi Marley

Quincy Mutual has adopted Hi Marley’s AI-enabled texting platform to improve workflows in Auto and Property claims.

The regional insurer started using Hi Marley  in late July with the goal of creating an enhanced customer experience for claims handling. Later, they have deployed the platform to their Claim teams and found that total loss claims settled 2 days faster and call activity decreased by over 10%.
