Exzeo launches WindForm Pro

Exzeo  launched WindForm Pro, an AI-powered solution designed to help Florida insurers comply with updated wind mitigation inspection requirements issued by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.

Available to carriers in Florida as of May 5, the product uses internally developed AI tools to extract and structure data from wind mitigation forms, including scanned and digitally completed PDFs submitted by inspectors and agents. The platform also converts the extracted information into OIR-compliant reporting formats.

According to Exzeo, the latest changes to Florida’s wind mitigation requirements have increased documentation and data capture demands, creating operational challenges for insurers still relying on manual workflows and fragmented systems.

WindForm Pro is part of Exzeo’s broader Insurance-as-a-Service platform for P&C insurers, which includes tools for underwriting, policy administration, claims, analytics, and financial reporting.
