Exzeo authorizes $25 million share buyback

Exzeo has authorized a program to repurchase up to $25 million of its common stock.

The insurance technology company may purchase shares through open-market transactions, privately negotiated deals, block transactions, or a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. The timing and size of any purchases will depend on factors including Exzeo’s share price, available liquidity, and market conditions.

The authorization runs for one year and does not require Exzeo to repurchase any specific number of shares. The company may suspend or terminate the program at any time.

Exzeo, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol XZO, provides technology and operational services to property and casualty insurers, with a particular focus on homeowners insurance.
