Ex-CoverWallet executives raise $4 million
Former CoverWallet executives have raised $4 million in pre-seed funding for InfiniteWatch , a New York-based startup focused on monitoring and managing AI agents used in customer-facing interactions.
The round was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Sequoia and a16z scouts, Kfund, Kibo, LifeX, and several startup founders.
InfiniteWatch is building what it describes as an observability layer for AI-driven conversations across voice and web channels. As companies increasingly rely on AI agents for customer service, sales, and support, the platform aims to provide visibility into how those systems perform, flagging quality, compliance, and conversion issues in real time.
The company was founded by Pablo Molina and Iñaki Berenguer, both part of the leadership team at CoverWallet prior to its acquisition by Aon. They point to a familiar pattern: rapid adoption of new technology without sufficient tools to monitor behavior, manage risk, or improve outcomes.
InfiniteWatch’s initial products include a session replay tool that reviews web interactions to identify friction points and conversion drops, and a voice testing tool that uses synthetic personas to assess call quality and compliance before issues reach customers. The platform combines monitoring and deployment in a single system, allowing companies to act on findings without rebuilding workflows.
InfiniteWatch plans to expand into messaging, email, and co-browsing next year, with the goal of giving companies a unified view of AI-driven customer interactions across channels.
