Etiqa Now Available on WhatsApp
Etiqa Insurance Singapore is the first digital insurer in Singapore to provide customer service via WhatsApp.
Available on weekdays, from 8:45am to 5:30pm, customers can now interact with Etiqa directly via WhatsApp and inquire about personal and general matters, along with requesting real-time policy changes such as extending their travel insurance period.
