EaseCentral Partners with Allstate Benefits to Enable Online Benefit Enrollment Nationwide

EaseCentral, the HR and benefits SaaS platform powered by insurance brokers, has announced a unique integration with Allstate Benefits that will streamline insurance plan enrollment and other offerings through its intuitive platform. The partnership will enable a greater number of employers nationwide to offer the unique and impactful plans from Allstate Benefits to their employees while also decreasing the total amount of resources needed to do so.

Through the integration, employee enrollments in Allstate Benefits plans using EaseCentral are submitted electronically. Electronic submission speeds up the enrollment process, decreases the chances of human error, and increases the security of employee information transmission. This new partnership brings pre-built Allstate Benefits plans directly to businesses through an online portal.

“For many small and medium-sized businesses, the biggest challenge to offering a comprehensive benefits package is dedicating the resources, both time and money, to education, enrollment, and ongoing management of multiple plans,” said David Reid, CEO and co-founder of EaseCentral.“Through this partnership, we are solving that problem for so many employers and providing them with a chance to take advantage of the benefit offerings from top-rated Allstate Benefits.”

“We are always excited for opportunities to make our products more easily accessible to brokers and employers, which is why we are so enthusiastic about this partnership with EaseCentral,” said Greg Guidos, President of Allstate Benefits. “Simplifying the enrollment process is a benefit to everyone involved and the increase in efficiency can be seen at every stage of the enrollment process.”

Group Voluntary products from Allstate Benefits will be supported through EaseCentral, with a subset of preconfigured products designed for automated setup via this integration. The overall offering includes accident, critical illness, short term disability, and life insurance products. Access to direct submission through EaseCentral will be open for initial enrollment as well as additions, changes, and terminations throughout the year.

With this latest integration, EaseCentral is now working with more than 45,000 employers servicing 1.2 million enrollees. The company has seen record growth since its inception in 2012 and is enjoying continued growth and momentum through 2018.
