Dan Preston exits Lemonade

Dan Preston, the former CEO of Metromile, is no longer with Lemonade according to LinkedIn data.

Following Lemonade’s acquisition of Metromile, Preston joined Lemonade as SVP of Strategic Initiatives. Now, Preston is “working on what’s next :)” according to his LinkedIn profile.

Based on our sources, Preston was exploring new opportunities shortly after the acquisition closed.

Another senior employee who is no longer with Lemonade is head of corporate development Veena Ramaswamy. According to her LinkedIn profile, she led Lemonade’s acquisition of Metromile. Ramaswamy is now head of corporate development & partnerships at Guardian Life.
