Cowbell launches self-service platform for risk management services

Cowbell has launched self-service capabilities for its Cowbell Resiliency Services, allowing policyholders to browse, request, and activate cybersecurity risk management services directly from their policy dashboard.

With the platform, policyholders can explore services such as managed detection and response, identity monitoring, and cybersecurity awareness training, and request support with minimal manual coordination. Cowbell said all offerings are vetted by its cybersecurity team and include pre-negotiated, discounted pricing.

Cowbell is also expanding its resiliency offering with COMPaaS-AI, an AI governance and compliance service designed to support organizations adopting artificial intelligence. The service provides ongoing alignment with frameworks such as NIST’s AI Risk Management Framework and ISO 42001, helping businesses manage AI-related risk and regulatory compliance.

Separately, Cowbell competitor At-Bay , which serves around 40,000 customers, is exploring expansion plans in Europe. “We are looking for an experienced leader to work directly with our President of Insurance, Ken Riegler, and At-Bay’s leadership team, to spearhead At-Bay’s European expansion plans. Reporting to Kate Rapisarda,  Chief of Staff and VP of Business Operations, you will create and execute the playbook for our ambitious international expansion plans – including shaping the strategy, managing the roadmap and working across At-Bay and its international partners to ultimately stand up At-Bay’s operations in its first, and subsequent, markets outside of the US. This role will require navigating ambiguity, developing a deep understanding of all aspects of At-Bay’s business and working extensively across both internal and external stakeholders. “
