Corgi raises another $40.7 million
Corgi has completed a $40.7 million securities offering involving equity and rights to acquire additional securities, according to a regulatory filing.
The San Francisco-based company raised the full amount from 11 investors, with the first sale occurring on July 9.
The filing follows several previously announced rounds, including a $160 million Series B and a subsequent $106 million raise that valued Corgi at $2.6 billion.
Founded in 2024 by Nico Laqua and Emily Yuan, Corgi operates an AI-focused insurance platform serving startups and other commercial businesses.
