Corgi discloses $20 million offering

Corgi  has disclosed a nearly $20 million equity offering, according to a new Form D filing.

The San Francisco-based company has sold approximately $16.2 million of the offering to 13 investors, leaving about $3.8 million available. The first sale occurred on August 21.

Corgi, founded in 2024 by Nico Laqua and Emily Yuan, operates an AI-native insurance platform targeting startups and technology companies. The company previously announced a $160 million Series B in May after raising $108 million across earlier rounds.

The latest filing does not identify the investors or disclose the purpose or valuation of the offering.
